Acetylated BSA

Acetylated BSA is a derivative of purified BSA that has been further purified by acetylation to remove or block all nucleases, including DNase and RNase, resulting in higher purity. It is commonly used as a stabilizer for enzymes, reducing their adsorption to tips and containers. Additionally, it can be used as a protein carrier.

Applications:

1. Suitable as a stabilizer or protectant for modifying enzymes, restriction endonucleases, and various reaction buffers.

2. Suitable as an enhancer and stabilizer for various fluorescent quantitative PCR systems.
