Mouse Minute Virus (MMV) DNA Detection Kit

Commonly used murine cell lines in biopharmaceuticals include CHO, NS0, and BHK-21. These cells are prone to contamination by Mouse Minute Virus (MMV). MMV, a member of the Parvoviridae family, has four distinct strains (i, p, m, c). It is highly stable, difficult to remove or inactivate, and presents significant safety risks. MMV has become a critical factor threatening the safety of biological products.

This kit is based on fluorescence quantitative PCR technology and is designed with primers and probes targeting the conserved sequences of MMV. It is intended for the qualitative detection of MMV DNA in intermediates, semi-finished products, and final products of various biopharmaceuticals and pharmaceuticals.
