Hyperstart® Taq (ddPCR)

Hyperstart Taq (ddPCR) is a new generation of hot-start Taq enzyme product suitable for digital PCR (ddPCR) based on our company's hot-start Taq enzyme and obtained through process improvements. Paired with an optimized Buffer suitable for PCR/qPCR/ddPCR, it can effectively promote the uniform generation of droplets in ddPCR, making it less likely to fuse. This product not only has excellent specificity and is effective in amplifying low-concentration templates; it also has good system applicability and can achieve stable amplification effects in different types of PCR reactions.

Reagent Composition:

1．5 U/µL Hyperstart Taq (DG) 

2．10×PCR Buffer (Mg²+ free) (Optional）

3．25 mM MgCl₂（Optional） 

*10×PCR Buffer (Mg²+ free) is dNTP free and Mg²+ free.

Characteristics:

1. Modified by aptamer. Suitable for PCR/qPCR/ddPCR.

2. With good system applicability and sensitivity.
