CHO Host Cell Protein Detection Kit

This kit is based on the ELISA method and is designed for detecting residual host cell proteins (HCP) in biological products expressed using Chinese Hamster Ovary (CHO) cells, such as monoclonal antibodies, recombinant proteins, and vaccines.

Product Features:

1.   Specificity: No cross-reactivity with host cell proteins from Vero cells, E. coli, Pichia pastoris, and other systems.

2.   Reproducibility: Intra-assay variation coefficient <10%, inter-assay variation coefficient <15%.

3.   Sensitivity: Limit of quantitation is 1 ng/mL.

4.   Accuracy: Recovery rate of spiked samples is between 80% and 120%.
