Hyperstart Tth is a hot-start Tth enzyme developed by Biori. It has both 5'-3' DNA template-dependent polymerase activity, which can be widely used in various PCR reactions; and in the presence of Mn²+, it has higher high-temperature reverse transcriptase activity, which can effectively eliminate the adverse effects of RNA secondary structure and non-specific annealing of primers under low temperature conditions during cDNA synthesis, thereby increasing the specificity of reverse transcription and improving amplification efficiency and yield. It can be used for single-enzyme one-step RT-PCR reaction. Hyperstart Tth is inactive at room temperature, with better specificity, significantly enhancing the amplification effect of low-concentration templates.

2. 10×Tth RT Buffer Basic (Mn2+ free) (Optional)
3. 25 mM Mn(OAc)2 (Optional)
*10×Tth RT Buffer Basic (Mn2+ free) does not include dNTP and Mn2+. Please add dNTPs and Mn(OAc)2 when preparing reaction system.
Characteristics:
1. Modified by aptamer, and reversible hot start above 60℃.
2. It has both polymerase and reverse transcriptase activities.
3. In the presence of Mn²+, the reverse transcription can be carried out at a high temperature from 60 -70℃. The reverse transcription efficiency of complex RNA templates is higher and non specificity is reduced.
4. It preforms high inhibitor-tolerance.
